Based on your itinerary, inbound travel agencies registered with TripSupporters will propose quotes, and you can compare them and choose the one you like. No costs are incurred for requesting or comparing quotes, and whether to sign a contract is entirely your decision.
A GIPS AI itinerary is a customized travel itinerary recommended by artificial intelligence for international groups visiting Korea. Simply enter a few conditions — destination region, trip length, group type, travel period and themes of interest — and the AI selects the best match from more than 400,000 pre-designed itinerary combinations and proposes it with an estimated quote. Itineraries are built on official tourism data from the Korea Tourism Organization and reflect seasonal weather, the latest travel trends and preferred attractions by nationality, so even first-time groups get routes that work on the ground. Itineraries of up to 10 days are supported, and you can compare quotes from professional travel agencies based on your itinerary.
Yes. In addition to operating the platform, TripSupporters directly plans and runs some inbound events. Drawing on nearly 20 years of inbound travel experience, we run themed products and group events, and even when you receive quotes on the platform you can compare proposals from partner agencies and TripSupporters side by side.
The amount calculated by GIPS is an estimate produced by AI from your itinerary and conditions — a reference for budgeting and reviewing the schedule. The actual event price is confirmed through the quotes submitted by partner travel agencies. Agencies propose quotes that reflect details such as accommodation, vehicles and guides based on the GIPS itinerary and estimate, and you can compare quotes from several agencies before choosing. The final price is set through discussion and contract with the agency you select, and may differ from the estimate due to changes in group size, schedule adjustments, hotel grade or peak-season rates.
Where you pay depends on the product and how the trip is arranged. If you run a group event with TripSupporters, you pay TripSupporters directly. If you choose a partner travel agency, you pay that agency, and payment methods and schedules follow the agency’s contract terms. Single products on the platform, such as tours, experiences and tickets, can be paid for directly on the TripSupporters platform. Hotels and flights are booked and paid for through our partner KAYAK. In this case, payment, cancellation and refunds follow the policies of KAYAK and the booking provider.
